Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice.

5. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due as follows:

Upfront Payment: Certain services may require full payment prior to commencement.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds: Refunds are processed for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

8. Liability

Damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters.
